The outdoor station can be battery operated. Simply insert batteries into the outdoor station and fix it to the wall - and the set is ready for operation. If the supplied mains adapter is connected, an electric door release can be controlled. For a better radio communication the antenna can be installed separately on the inner side of the wall by using supplied antenna cable.
The monitor can be placed on a solid surface or mounted on a wall. Built-in lithium battery enables portable usage and is charged through the supplied mains adapter. When the doorbell button is pressed, a chime is heard at the indoor station and the camera image appears on the monitor. After pressing a button on the indoor station, two-way hands-free conversation is enabled. The camera can be activated for live monitoring at any time by pressing a button on the indoor station (possible only when the outdoor station is powered through the mains adapter).
